What's Going On This Month

Resident Council is January 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Envision Center. All residents are welcome.

United Way 2-1-1: United Way of Southern KY provides a free information and referral line for health and human services. Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Help spread the word!

Keep our community clean! Pick up any trash or debris you see and make sure it makes it to your outdoor bin.

Happy New Year! New year, new you doesn't just have to be a slogan for others -- it can be for you as well. This is the perfect time to try something different and switch up your routine. Consistency is key with anything. Small steps to new adventures are better than no steps at all. Check out the resolutions list below and see if there is anything new you want for your life this year!


Attention All HABG Residents

Income & Household Changes: Per Section IV.Y of your lease, you must report to HABG within ten (10) calendar days after any change in family income or household composition. Failure to comply will result in eviction.

Social Security Award Letters: Please turn in your 2026 Social Security Award Letters within 10 days of receiving them.


A Few Things to Keep in Mind

Please make sure you pull your trash cans back to your unit after trash collection. You will be charged if maintenance has to do this.

Household furniture cannot be kept on your porches.

No working on, washing, or cleaning out vehicles in the parking lots.

Vehicles that are not operative or have flat tires must be removed from the property.


LIHEAP Winter Crisis Assistance

The LIHEAP Winter Crisis program is now available through March 27, 2026 and serves all Kentucky counties. Apply at your local Community Action Agency.

Available through: March 27, 2026

Who qualifies: Kentucky households with income at or below 150 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines

What it covers: Home Heating Emergency Assistance, paid directly to your energy vendor
