About Amber

ROSS Program

As a dedicated professional in resident services, I serve as a Service Coordinator through the Resident Opportunities and Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) Program, a federally funded initiative designed to support individuals and families in achieving economic independence and housing stability. In this role, I work closely with residents of our public housing communities to connect them with meaningful resources, opportunities, and support systems.

My responsibilities include recruiting program participants, conducting individualized needs assessments, and providing ongoing case management and coaching. I help residents navigate and access essential services such as education, employment, health resources, and financial empowerment programs. Building strong partnerships with local service providers is a key part of my work, ensuring residents have access to a wide network of support. I also track progress and outcomes to ensure program effectiveness and compliance.

In addition to my work with the ROSS Program, I proudly run the afterschool program for Bryant Way, where I create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for youth development. Through this program, I help foster academic growth, life skills, and positive social interactions for students in the community.

I am passionate about empowering individuals and families to reach their full potential and creating pathways toward long-term self-sufficiency and success.
