Keep our community clean! Pick up any trash or debris you see and make sure it makes it to your outdoor bin.
Effective 05/01/2026, ACOP has changed. The main change is that failure to pay rent now requires a 14-day eviction notice.
New ACOPs are posted in both rental offices. Please review the updated policy at your nearest office.

Effective 04/01/2026: You are NOT allowed to grow any gardens outside of your unit. You are allowed to plant in pots and place them around your unit, but you are not allowed to plant in the ground going forward.
Community Garden plots will be for sale at the Learning Center on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 starting at 8:00 AM. Only one plot is allowed per household. Garden plots are for HABG residents only.
