United Way 2-1-1: United Way of Southern KY provides a free information and referral line for health and human services. Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Help spread the word!
Keep our community clean! Pick up any trash or debris you see and make sure it makes it to your outdoor bin.
At HABG we want all our residents to know that there is no us without you! This summer we kicked off our second year in a row of resident appreciation cookouts. We hope that you enjoyed your lunch, that your babies enjoyed bouncing in the bounce house, or that you even met a new friend in the process. We want you all to know how much we love and cherish each and every one of you!
As of 09/01/2026, any mail that is not checked and returned to the office will result in a charge. Please check your mail regularly.
All residents are only designated ONE parking spot. Visitor spots are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Please make sure you have reported your correct phone number to the office. We may need to contact you with important information.

Dogs are only allowed if the pet deposit has been paid to HABG and it follows the breed and weight restrictions (25 lbs) as outlined in your lease. You are only allowed ONE pet. Please remember to clean up your animal's waste. Failure to do so can be grounds for eviction.
Please do not pull trash cans around until the night before trash pick-up.
Please pick up any trash around your unit. Do your part to keep it clean!
Please keep screen doors unlocked if you call in work orders.
