Service Coordinator
AMP I
Connecting HABG residents with the services and support they need to thrive in their homes and community.
What Is the Service Coordinator Program?
The Service Coordinator Program is designed to provide basic social services that help public housing residents remain stable in their housing, stay current on their rent, raise their children effectively, and pursue opportunities to improve their quality of life and living conditions.
Brookelynn works directly with residents across HABG communities to connect them with employment resources, educational opportunities, financial literacy tools, and essential services. The goal is to reduce barriers and help every resident build a more stable, self-sufficient future.
For more information or to request assistance, contact the HABG main office at (270) 843-6071 or stop by 247 Double Springs Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101.
