In partnership with the Warren County Conservation District, HABG's greenhouse and community garden offer hands-on learning for children and adults alike. Located behind the Learning Center on Double Springs Road, the 960-square-foot greenhouse gives residents a place to grow, learn, and connect.

The program is part of a larger vision to create a sustainable food supply and a potential income stream for older residents. Produce grown on-site is available to HABG residents in need, and residents who wish to sell crops at local farmers markets are encouraged to do so.

What started as rentable garden plots has grown into a full cooperative farm using agroforestry techniques. The program has partnered with the SOKY Marketplace and the Crop Shop in downtown Bowling Green to sell produce — with an estimated 50 different crop species grown on-site.
