Back-to-School Safety & Community Reminders

As summer begins to wind down, we hope everyone has enjoyed the warm weather and community activities. August is a great time to prepare for the upcoming school year while continuing to work together to keep our community safe, clean, and welcoming for all residents.

Back-to-School Safety: Drive slowly throughout the properties and obey all posted speed limits. Watch carefully for children walking, riding bicycles, or waiting for school buses. Encourage children to use designated crosswalks whenever possible.

Trash: Dispose of household trash in the designated dumpsters only. Break down cardboard boxes before placing them in recycling or dumpsters.

Keep patios, porches, and walkways free of clutter. Please keep all bikes, scooters, and outdoor toys on your porch during mowing season.

Please pull trash cans around after trash is collected. Failure to do so can result in a charge.

Report maintenance issues as soon as they are noticed to prevent further damage.

Beat the Summer Heat: Stay hydrated during hot weather and check on elderly neighbors. If your air conditioner is not working properly, submit a maintenance request immediately.

Report Income & Family Changes

According to Section IV.Y. of your lease, you are required to report to the Landlord within ten (10) calendar days after there is a change in family income or family composition, and to provide Landlord verifiable information regarding such change.

Failure to comply will result in eviction.
