Social Security Award Letters: Please turn in your 2026 Social Security Award Letters within 10 days of receiving them.

Household Changes: You have 10 days to turn in any household changes.

Pet Policy: Please clean up after your pets. Failure to do so will be considered a lease violation.

Open kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors to allow warmer air to circulate around the plumbing.

Let cold water drip from faucets. Keep the thermostat set to the same temperature day and night.

If away during cold weather, leave heat on at no lower than 55 degrees F.

Please do not pour grease down sinks. Use a coffee tin or similar container.
