Public Housing Application
General Housing — All UnitsYou may pick up a Declaration-Applications package from our main office or download it below. You must print and complete the application and gather all required documents before scheduling an appointment with our Occupancy Specialist, Don Duvall.

- Social Security cards for all household members
- Photo ID for everyone age 18 and older
- Proof of income — wages, retirement, Social Security/SSI, TANF, or child support
