How to Apply for Housing

The Housing Authority of Bowling Green offers several housing options depending on your needs. Please review the options below, download the appropriate application, gather your required documents, and contact our office to schedule an appointment.

Public Housing Application

General Housing — All Units

You may pick up a Declaration-Applications package from our main office or download it below. You must print and complete the application and gather all required documents before scheduling an appointment with our Occupancy Specialist, Don Duvall.

  • Birth certificates for all household members
  • Social Security cards for all household members
  • Photo ID for everyone age 18 and older
  • Proof of income — wages, retirement, Social Security/SSI, TANF, or child support
